Mead Johnson: Enfamil
Conducted under our previous name, Ricemilk Research.
Mead Johnson was launching its Enfamil app, for mums and babies, in Thailand. The app already existed in other markets, but they needed to be sure it would land with a Thai audience, so they brought us in to localize it and test it with Thai mothers.
We built a design prototype with all copy professionally translated into Thai, matched to the brand's tone, to prepare for testing. We then recruited Thai mothers across the agreed profiles and invited them to our testing site for a two-day event.

Over the two days we ran a series of interviews alongside task-based sessions, where participants completed assigned actions in the app. We facilitated the testing and ran a viewing room so the client and their partners could observe sessions live.

We delivered a summary of findings, with specific tweaks and recommendations to help the client better localize the app for the Thai market.
